Every product begins as a dataset, scraped, licensed, or collected directly, and one narrow question: is there a product hiding in here that can run, sell, and support itself with no one at the wheel?

The raw material. Whatever signal already exists in the world, structured or not, before there's any product to speak of.

Language models turn the raw signal into structured judgment: sorted, scored, written, decided.

What survives becomes its own business: selling, billing, support and delivery all run by AI, with no team required to keep the revenue coming in.
003 · APPROACH
How we work
Small studio. Few, deliberate bets.
Every product we run shares the same infrastructure and the same discipline, even though none of them share a name, a market, or a customer.

Evidence before opinion
No product gets built on a hunch. The dataset comes first; the opinion about what to build comes after.
ii.
The loop closes itself
AI finds the idea in the data, builds it, then sells and runs it. The same loop repeats end to end, with one goal: nothing left for us to run.
iii.
Built to run alone
Once shipped, a product doesn't need daily attention. No standups, no tickets to triage: AI handles what would otherwise be someone's job.
iv.
No headcount, no ceiling
Growth doesn't require hiring. A product going from ten customers to ten thousand changes the numbers, not the team, because there is no team to begin with.
v.
One pipeline, many bets
The infrastructure is shared. The outcomes are independent: a failed product doesn't sink the others.
vi.
Narrow, real customers
We'd rather charge a small, specific audience well than build something broad and unpriced.
